All images created by us or in this website are protected by law and any usage must have prior written permission from the officers of Pink Fog Studios, and then used only as allowed. All CLIENTS may use images as permitted by their contracts. If you just happen to be passing by and love the work, you are free to display the images from our website under the following conditions:

For non-commercial usage, which is for websites not generating income or marketing any business that does produce income, you may use the images only in their entirety, without removing any part of the image, cropping or altering any part therein. The images may not be altered and they must be correctlly alt-tagged (titled in the link) with “photographer, Pink Fog Studios Dave Z.”, and they must be linked back to  www.pinkfogphotography.com. In addition, each posted image must be accompanied with the following byline under the image “photography used with permission from Pink Fog Studios Dave Z.” The byline must be also linked back to this website, www.pinkfogphotography.com. If you cannot link back to this website and follow the rules listed above, then you are not permitted to use the images. Images may not be shared or printed, unless you have been given rights to so so and then only under conditions allowed by the rights assigned to you.
